SPLENDID CELEBRATES BLACK FRIDAY

For a few years now, Black Friday has been a date in the diary where big companies have made huge profits by putting on massive sales. And while we all enjoy a special offer, this year we thought that rather than further line Jeff Bezo’s already full pockets, we wanted to use the opportunity to spotlight smaller businesses who could use our help during this challenging time.

We thought we’d use ‘Black Friday’ to support black-owned businesses? We encourage everyone to support these businesses on Black Pound Days and, of course, throughout the year.

If you’re interested in seeing some of our favourite places to grab food, buy music, or treat yourselves, read on. And if you have any of your own recommendations, feel free to send them our way – we’d love to hear about them.
